Tuuci®, the Miami-based designer and manufacturer of luxury outdoor shade structures and furnishings, presents an immersive installation at Salone del Mobile.Milano 2026 (April 21–26) titled A Study in Expression. Located at Booth C19, Pavilion 24, Rho Fiera Milano, the installation explores the idea that outdoor spaces, like people, are not defined by a single mood or style. Instead, they evolve through material, texture, and tone—layered to support how we live, move, and experience the world around us.

“Great design has the power to support how we live, how we explore, and how we restore,” said Dougan Clarke, Founder and Chief Product Designer at Tuuci. “This installation brings that idea into focus by showing how different expressions can come together to create something that feels both personal and complete, bringing an abundant sense of joy to those who experience it.”

A Curated Journey Through Expression

Conceived as a continuous spatial narrative, the Tuuci installation presents four expressions of outdoor living. Each environment reflects a different dimension of how we live, balancing the need for structure, the pull of curiosity, and the importance of renewal.

Structure grounds. Curiosity expands. Renewal restores.

The journey begins with Tactile Contrast, where form, material precision, and craftsmanship establish a sense of structure. It transitions into the Design Atelier, where materials, finishes, and fabrics invite exploration and personal expression. The experience then softens into Layered Ease, where texture and comfort create a sense of effortless relaxation. It concludes in Natural Calm, where balanced tones and organic elements support restoration and renewal.

The installation brings together a collection of new introductions that reflect Tuuci’s approach to material, form, and craft—each contributing to a layered and cohesive outdoor environment.

Parasols

Softscapes — Softscapes introduces pattern as a bold layer of expression. Customizable in color and placement, each print brings depth, energy, and a strong sense of narrative to the canopy—shaping the space with a distinct visual presence.

Ocean Master MAX Cupola Cantilever — Composed, relaxed, and unmistakably leisure-driven, the Ocean Master MAX Cupola Cantilever sets the tone for time that stretches and conversation that lingers. It’s the kind of shade that invites you to stay a little longer.

Ocean Master M1 Cupola: Bodhi — Bodhi brings a sense of ease to outdoor living, where layered textures and soft movement create a relaxed, expressive setting. Designed for the Ocean Master M1 Cupola, it balances artisanal detail with an effortless spirit—an invitation to slow down, settle in, and let the moment unfold.

Swivel Lounge Chair (Luma, Sail, Horizon Collections) — Within the Luma, Sail, and Horizon collections, the swivel lounge chair offers a full 360-degree range of motion. Available in both Classic and Deep seating depths, it adapts fluidly to the moment, supporting comfort and engagement as the experience unfolds.

Calla Cove Deep Seating Collection — Calla Cove brings a sense of calm and softness to outdoor seating. Sculptural in form and generous in comfort, it creates a welcoming place to gather, unwind, and reconnect.

Signature Pouffes — Expressive and inherently versatile, signature pouffes respond to how the moment unfolds. Shifting easily between seat, ottoman, accent, and gathering place, each invites interaction and movement as naturally as it sparks it.

Verdena Chair — Verdena is defined by a minimalist, refined form. Clean lines and precise detailing create a composed, architectural presence within the outdoor environment.

Marbella Sun Lounge — Defined by its low stance and generous cushioning, the Marbella Sun Lounge creates a relaxed, grounded expression. Its softened profile invites an indulgent way to lounge, supported by adjustable positioning, tailored detailing, and enduring construction.

Hilo Sun Lounge — Hilo pairs a fluid, sculptural frame with a sense of relaxed comfort. Its continuous form and suspended sling create a light, effortless profile, inviting moments of rest and retreat.

Furniture: Tables

Gather Dining Collection — The Gather Dining Collection brings people together through clean lines, generous proportions, and warm materiality. Designed for shared meals and conversation, each piece is defined by signature Capstone Ends—a distinct detail that completes the form.

Morano Pouffe Table — Pairing porcelain with upholstery, the Morano Pouffe Table introduces layered dimension to any outdoor-indoor space. Offered in a range of sizes and finishes, it allows for expressions that feel both considered and distinct, shaped through material, scale, and arrangement.

Merelia Dining Table — Merelia brings people together in a sculptural, petal-inspired form where gathering feels natural and conversation moves with ease. Its generous circular presence invites connection from every angle, while a rotating center keeps everything within reach—an expression of shared space shaped by movement and exchange.

Day Lounges

Lulu Day Lounge: Monaco — A bold, high-contrast interpretation of the Lulu Day Lounge, Monaco layers texture, pattern, and detail into a more tactile, expressive environment. Its generous proportions and refined detailing create a private retreat that feels both immersive and distinctly its own.
