Position Summary:   
Join the dynamic team at Tuuci as an Account Coordinator based in our Chicago Showroom, where you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with our esteemed Commercial accounts in the Midwest and Canada. Reporting to and supporting the Vice President of Sales, you’ll embody our commitment to exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact between clients, independent representatives, and our organization. Your focus will be on understanding each client’s unique needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring that their requests are met with efficiency and care.  
Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Regional Sales Director to align with client goals, taking ownership of client relationships, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables, and liaising with various internal teams to address client needs effectively. As an integral part of the team, you’ll contribute to strategic discussions, leverage your product knowledge, and proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and new business development.  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Assist the VP and Sales Manager in managing client projects and account activities.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to understand client objectives and potential areas for enhancement.
  • Take initiative in fostering strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Review project deliverables to uphold quality standards and meet client expectations.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, quality assurance, and product development teams to deliver effective solutions to client issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction with Tuuci products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Tuuci products and services, staying up to date on changes and developments to better serve client needs.
  • Act as a proactive problem-solver, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and pursue new business prospects.
  • Utilize Salesforce for efficient account management and reporting.
  • Travel periodically to engage with clients and attend industry events.
Education and Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, planning, or procurement within a related industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain business relationships.
  • Polished presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying information to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive and independent, with a high level of initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Salesforce preferred.
