Aluma-Forge™ Cold-Weld Construction 
Aluma-Forge™, a proprietary furniture construction method by Tuuci, permanently fuses corrosion-resistant stainless steel, polymer, and aluminum into a durable, cold-welded joint. The durably forged joint is finished with a chamfered, stainless-steel bezel and Tuuci’s authentic wood-grain Aluma-TEAK or solid powder coated finishes. 
Cushion Architecture
Encased in a high performance, waterproof, antibacterial liner, the four-layer comfort-core cushion stays dry and resilient, ensuring lasting support and durability. Bezel, Bar & Button Trim Finishes
Hand-crafted with precision, the bespoke, artisan trim details of each piece exude comfort and luxury. Each chamfered stainless steel bezel, button, and bar is meticulously hand-honed and finished, either brushed or polished, in one of five unique finishes: antique bronze, gunmetal, brushed nickel, polished stainless, and naval brass. These elements not only enhance the chair's design but also harmonize beautifully with the architectural space where it is placed. 
Twin-T Cushion Lock
Sail seat cushions are crafted with Tuuci’s innovative Twin-T Cushion Lock, securing them firmly to the frame during heavy use and extreme lounging. This system ensures stability without visible fasteners or bulky ties, maintaining the cushions’ sleek, clean appearance. 
Precision Leveling
The leg leveling system offers nearly 1u0022 of fine-tune adjustment, with the mechanism cleverly positioned at the top of the leg instead of the bottom, maintaining a discreet and seamless appearance. 
Side Lock
Sail back cushions are uniquely constructed for specific positions on each furniture piece. End cushions are carefully sculpted to lock onto the frame’s arms, while middle cushions feature our Side Lock system. This system securely locks the middle to the end cushions, ensuring comfort, alignment and security to prevent displacement during inclement weather conditions. 
Spinnaker Weave
Evoking the graceful curves of a billowing sail, Spinnaker Weave brings life to any frame with its twisted, textured fabric. This distinctive feature plays with light and shadow, adding depth and movement to the design.
