The Windshear Wind Tunnel is one of the most advanced automotive wind tunnels in the world, used by NASCAR and Formula One teams to test aerodynamics and endurance.
With wind speeds up to 180 mph, air is moved through a massive 15,000 square foot air circuit by a 5,100 horsepower motor. The tunnel has become the most scientific way for us to simulate hurricane-force winds, and record how our products perform when stressed at this level.
